High-speed permanent-magnet deep-well pumps
The permanent-magnet high-speed deep-well pump is designed for deep-well water extraction. It adopts a permanent-magnet synchronous high-speed drive scheme, which runs at higher efficiency and lower energy consumption than a conventional deep-well pump, with responsive starting and stopping. The key flow-passage parts are made of 304 stainless steel, with strong rust resistance and good compatibility with water quality, running safely and cleanly and keeping the delivered water hygienic. The whole machine is matched with an oil-filled submersible motor and is compact, meeting the requirements of water extraction from deep wells within 150 m. The pump runs smoothly with low vibration and noise, and offers strong long-term reliability.
Requirements for the medium: the water temperature of the conveyed medium must not exceed 40°C; solid impurities in the medium must not exceed 0.01% by weight; the pH of the water must be kept at 6.5–8.5; the hydrogen sulphide content must not exceed 15 mg/L, and the medium must contain no oils. When installed in a deep well, the well bore must be kept vertical, and bending in two directions is prohibited.
The product suits a wide range of water-supply scenarios, including villages, schools, hospitals, farms and ranches, building water supply, small waterworks, household water supply, tank refilling, farmland irrigation, urban factories, commercial water supply, and water-conservancy fountains.
