Lightweight permanent-magnet flood pumps
This series is a lightweight permanent-magnet synchronous stainless-steel submersible pump, made of 304 stainless steel and carrying an oil-filled permanent-magnet synchronous motor, with high efficiency and energy saving. The overall structure is compact, small and light and easy to carry; it needs no infrastructure and can work submerged on the bottom, or float at the surface with a flotation ring. One person can carry it.
The pump body uses a multistage centrifugal impeller plus radial guide-vane structure, with two mechanical seals between the pump and the motor, and “O”-shaped oil-resistant rubber rings for static sealing at the fixed spigot joints. The product has excellent airtightness and strong corrosion resistance, can bear heavy loads, and is wear-resistant and durable, with low running noise, good heat dissipation, and safe, reliable operation.
It is mainly used in flood-control rescue, drought-relief irrigation and waterlogging drainage, mine rescue, temporary pumping for municipal works, emergency water transfer for rivers and reservoirs, and fire-emergency drainage.
